The future talented artist was born on February 8, 1949 in Moscow. Post-war childhood and strict discipline in the family affected the organization and accuracy of the child. Her school years were marked by excellent studies and passion for acting. After receiving secondary education, Irina twice applied to all the capital's theater universities, and received refusals from everywhere. Then she had to enter a drama studio at the Central Children's Theater, after which she nevertheless entered GITIS for correspondence courses.
Until 1977, Irina Muravyova played in the children's theater. And then there was the Mossovet Theater. There she played in eight performances for twelve years. And since 1982, the country began to recognize her for her sensational roles in cinema. Since 1994, the audience's favorite has become the leading artist of the Maly Theater.
The peak of the artist's career in cinema can be called the "seventies" and "eighties". So her film works in the film "Moscow Does Not Believe in Tears", which won the "Oscar", and in the cult film "The Most Charming and Attractive", which was watched by more than 80 million viewers, is well known throughout the post-Soviet space today.

Personal life of a star
An office romance with director Leonid Eidlin in 1973 resulted in marriage. And two years later their son Daniel was born. And in 1983, another boy was born - Eugene. Irina is very proud of her family and has never in her life sacrificed her family hearth for the sake of her professional activities.
Today her sons have already been able to successfully mark their films in the series "With New Happiness!"
In 2014, due to a stroke, Irina Muravyova's husband passed away. She very seriously experienced this tragedy of her life. However, today her mental crisis has passed, and she again pleases fans of the domestic theatrical art with her unique acting talent.
