On August 28, 1946, the future popular artist was born in Kharkov (Ukrainian SSR). From early childhood, Irina showed remarkable artistic abilities, including her vocal abilities. After receiving a certificate of secondary education, she continued her education at the Kharkov Institute of Arts (Yukelis course), which she graduated in 1971.
