Sergey Kayumovich Shakurov was born in the center of Moscow at the height of the Great Patriotic War, on the first day of 1942. His Russian-Tatar family had nothing to do with acting. The boy was actively involved in sports and even received the title of Master of Sports in acrobatics.
The first theatrical successes were manifested in the theatrical circle, where Sergei went from the 7th grade. Not wanting to finish his studies at school, Sergei went to get an acting education at a studio school at the Central Children's Theater. Sergei was married three times. He has 3 children and 5 grandchildren. The first child, son Ivan, was born in 1969 from his first wife, theater actress Natalia Oleneva. The second child in 1986 was given to her husband by actress Tatyana Kochemasova, the second wife of the actor. The last love was brought by the third wife - producer Ekaterina Shakurova. The family soon had a son, Marat (2004).
