You can create a lot from a cardboard tube in which the well-known chips are packed. For example, a cute little shabby chic planter.
cylindrical cardboard left over from a fan of Pringles chips, thick cardboard for crafts, black (dark brown will also work) and white paints, paint brush, glue, a piece of unbleached flax, a piece of lace.
1. Cut the top edge of the cardboard to the desired height.
2. Cut the cardboard into narrow strips (1 cm wide) and glue them vertically, close to each other on the box.
3. Paint the box first (neatly) black (or dark brown) and then (casually!) White. Thus, you will get a round box of a vintage look, which will be very similar to the one made from narrow painted boards.
4. Wash lace on a wide strip of linen fabric and glue the lace fabric to the edge of the box, as shown in the photo.
You can put any small pot of flowers in the resulting vintage planter, as well as fix artificial flowers (for this, place a piece of styrofoam in the planter and stick the flowers tightly into it).
By the way, such a planter can also be used for homemade topiary, a bouquet of dried flowers. Well, for fresh flowers, put a small glass or plastic cup of water in the planter.
