Step 1
When creating a photo album, first of all think about what event it will be dedicated to, what photos will be placed in it, which means in what style the cover of your album will be.

A modern hobby called scrapbooking opens up great opportunities for you - today more and more people are interested in it, realizing the exclusivity and beauty of the family albums and books they create.

There are many scrapbooking kits available in handicraft stores that allow you to customize your scrapbook in a particular style, placing the appliqués and embellishments from the set on the scrapbook pages as you wish. In an album created by hand, you can place not only photos, but also interesting signatures, clippings from postcards, magazines or letters dated to photography, and even paste herbariums.
Step 4
To create a photo album, you will need thick cardboard for the cover with an existing print, or plain one, which you will glue with cloth or special scrapbooking paper. You will also need paper for album pages, pencils, a ruler, scissors, a stationery knife, a roller cutter, tweezers, various paper decoration tools - curly scissors, a hole punch for installing eyelets, and much more.
Step 5
You can decorate the pages and album cover with metal fittings, eyelets, buttons, stickers and appliques, cords, ribbons, lace stripes, flowers, and so on.
Step 6
Pay special attention to creating the layout of the pages - before sticking all its elements, including the photo, to the page, make the layout - place on the page, without sticking, its fragments, and see which arrangement is the best.
