Fedor was born in 1976 in the city of Rubezhnoe, which is located in the Luhansk region of the Ukrainian SSR in the simple family of welder Vladimir Alexandrovich and teacher of vocational school Olga Fedorovna.

After school, Fedor received a specialty as an electrician at a vocational school in Stary Oskol. Then he entered the Belgorod State University at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports. After graduating from the university, he remained there as a graduate student.

At the end of 2007, the second daughter Vasilisa was born to Fedor from Marina, and in 2009 they sealed the union with an official marriage. According to Marina, she had long been secretly in love with a purposeful young man and was happy to become his wife.

This time they got married according to the Orthodox ceremony in the church. From Oksana Fedor got a fourth, and then a fifth daughter. The age difference between the eldest and the youngest daughters was 19 years.
