Step 1
For an adult cat, cast on thirty-six stitches on the needles and knit thirty-two rows. Tie the first three rows with an ordinary elastic band, and then continue to knit with the front satin stitch. From the thirty-third row, start decreasing - knit two extreme loops together, reducing the number of loops in the fabric to twenty-four.
Step 2
Knit another ten centimeters of the canvas and tie the last three rows, like the first, with a simple elastic band. Now go from knitting a tummy to knitting a back - cast on fifty-six loops on the needles and knit thirty-two rows with the front stitch.
Step 3
From the thirty-third row, begin to decrease the loops. Decrease the loops two or three more rows, and then knit the fabric by seven centimeters and knit three rows with an elastic band. Sew the bottom and top of the sweater together with a knit stitch.
Step 4
