Many women lack communication. In particular, those who for some reason do not work suffer from this. A family, even a very prosperous one, cannot replace everything. The women's club is a great way to solve not only the problem of communication, but also to learn handicrafts, to get advice from a qualified psychologist, teacher, fashion designer or cosmetologist.

Step 1
Gather like-minded people. You probably have acquaintances who also lack communication. Start getting ready at least in your apartment. It is not necessary to discuss the work plan yet, just talk about what each of you would like to do and what she can teach others. Almost certainly in your circle there are skilled needlewomen, experienced teachers, successful business women. It is possible that there are those who consider themselves losers. It is possible that they are not averse to changing their lives.
Step 2
Choose a time for meetings. They may not be very frequent, but regular. To make the meetings interesting, outline their approximate structure. You can combine different types of activities. For example, mastering the techniques of artistic embroidery or tatting is successfully combined with an exchange of opinions about a new book or an interesting concert. Try to keep the meetings varied, but interesting for everyone. Combine handicraft or fitness classes with attending and discussing exhibitions, concerts, performances.
Step 3
Create your social media group. Indicate why your group is organized and what is the area of interest of its members. Add appropriate tags so that visitors can immediately find topics of interest to them. Combine community work with real life work.
Step 4
If you already have the backbone of the club and it has become not very convenient to meet in the apartment, take care of the premises. You can contact the nearest cultural institution with a proposal. Tell its leader about why such a club is needed, what you are going to do, in what activities of the house of culture you can participate. This can be, for example, exhibitions of arts and crafts, demonstration of clothing models at city holidays, performances of a fitness or aerobics section in concert programs, and much more.
Step 5
A women's club can also exist at an educational institution. For example, start a kindergarten or school mother's club. Ask the principal or superintendent to provide you with meeting space for a few hours a month. It is possible that school workers will also want to join the club. A very interesting undertaking is the mother's club at the orphanage. You can teach social skills to children and communicate with them and with each other at the same time.
Step 6
For a club that exists at a cultural institution or school, a charter is required. You may also be asked for a work plan. In the charter, present your club as a non-profit organization, this will save you a number of problems. The typical charter of such an amateur association is most likely in the department of culture.
Step 7
Decorate the space provided to you as much as possible. An office located in a cultural institution or at a school will probably have to be shared with someone. You will not be able to fully arrange it to your liking. But it is possible in any case to make a small stand that would tell about the main directions of the club's work.
