Make eye movements. First down, then up, then left and right, immediately go to the lower right corner, move to the upper left corner, to the upper right, and then to the lower left corner. Now rest for five minutes.
Step 9
Fix your gaze on the tip of your finger and on the horizon, repeat 20-30 times in a row. Then rest for five minutes.

Blink intensively for 7-8 minutes. Then rest for five minutes.
Step 13
After completing the entire block of exercises, give your eyes a rest for at least half an hour, protecting them from stress.
Step 14
Remember that you need to closely monitor the intake of the optimal amount of vitamin A. Therefore, you should add greens, fruits, red and orange vegetables, beef liver, cod liver, eggs, cheese, cream to your diet. Regular consumption of these products protects you from high intraocular pressure.
