Ancient researchers noted that the human mind is complex and mysterious to understand. Thanks to the works of S. Freud, it became clear that people are able to be aware of only a very insignificant part of their mind, while most of it is hidden in a kind of "dark" zone. However, this "dark zone" or subconsciousness, as Freud called it, has a tremendous impact not only on the work of the whole organism, but also on many of our reactions and actions. Is it possible for a person to consciously influence his subconscious mind?

Step 1

Most psychiatrists and hypnotists agree that a person cannot consciously influence his subconscious by volitional effort. But he can get in touch with him and establish a dialogue that can help clarify previously unconscious irrational impulses. In this way, you can get rid of many long-standing psychological complexes and internal problems.

Step 2

There are several ways to establish contact with your subconscious. First of all, this is a direct dialogue with the subconscious using a pendulum or one's own fingers, immersion in a trance and automatic writing. Try them all in sequence and choose the method that is easiest for you to use and that gives the best results.

Step 3

First of all, try to establish a dialogue using monosyllabic answers like "yes" or "no". The easiest way to do this is by using a pendulum. In this case, the pendulum is just a small weight on a strong thread. Purchase it from any occult store or make your own from a wedding ring. Choose a time when no one and nothing will bother you for at least half an hour.

Step 4

Sit in a comfortable position at the table and rest your elbow on its surface. Squeeze the string of the pendulum between your thumb and forefinger, then just watch the weight. Decide for yourself which direction of movement of the pendulum will mean for you the answer "yes" and which "no". You can swing the pendulum a little to feel its movement. Then stop all effort and try to relax. Then ask a simple question to your subconscious mind, suggesting a definite answer "yes" or "no". For example, ask if it agrees to talk to you. After a while, you will see that the pendulum began to move without your conscious effort. When you get the answer to the first question, continue the conversation. Do not forget that the subconscious mind does not recognize the negative particle "not". Keep your questions simple and unambiguous.

Step 5

The method of immersion in the subconscious with the help of trance is reminiscent of traditional meditation adopted in many religions. It is best done in the evening before bed or during the least stressful period of the day. Find a calm, safe place where no one knows to disturb you. Disconnect your phone and, if possible, remove all extraneous noise. Sit in a comfortable chair or soft chair. While lying down, it is not very desirable to plunge into a trance, because when the control of consciousness is weakened, you will simply begin to fall asleep. Begin to observe your breathing, gradually slowing your breaths in and out. With this technique, you achieve inhibition of the nervous system and plunge into a relaxed state.

Step 6

Once on the verge of sleep and wakefulness, begin to imagine that you are plunging into the depths of your subconscious, going down the stairs or moving along the corridor that smoothly leads into the depths. Try to watch the emerging images and symbols from a distance. Remember that the subconscious mind does not operate with verbal categories, that is, with the words we are used to. You will receive your answers in the form of various pictures, symbols or images. After coming out of meditation, try to write down your impressions in a diary, as far as possible without missing anything from what you saw. If you find it difficult to interpret the images you see on your own, it may make sense to seek the advice of a professional psychotherapist.
