Find the material you need. You can go shopping both in the construction and in the arms store. Often, it is in the arms shop that there is the possibility of ordering quality wood or a ready-made base for a bow. In any case, if you do not find the materials you need in one place, be sure to visit the second one. If the bow is only part of the interior, then ivory, ebony and mahogany are perfect for finishing weapons of any size, and all these materials can be found in a regular hardware store.
Step 3
Arrows are easier to buy, especially if you are going to hunt or just decide to shoot. In addition to the fact that they will be of better quality than homemade ones, it will come out cheaper, since you will need complex tools and professional skills to create them.
Step 4
Watch your actions. Improper movement or excessive pressure can break the bowstring, bend or even break the bow. To avoid this, take your time assembling and sanding the structure.
Step 5
Remember that you are not collecting a toy, but a complete murder weapon. With good arrows, you are able to penetrate a medium-thick tree, which speaks of the enormous damage that you are capable of inflicting. Do not shoot in the woods if you are not sure that there is no one in front of you. Your best bet is to find an empty clearing or wasteland.
