Do you love to read magazines, and therefore your desk is always just strewn with them? Wouldn't it be time to put things in order and put everything in its place? I suggest you sew a beautiful magazine bag.
It is necessary
- - dense fabric;
- - CD-ROM;
- - felt white, black and orange;
- - aluminum or wooden plank;
- - glue gun.
Instructions
Step 1
From a dense fabric, you need to cut out a rectangle, the size of which is 96x45 centimeters. The long sides should be folded slightly and then sewn on the sewing machine. Then you need to bend one short side of the pattern and sew it too.
Step 2
The resulting workpiece must be folded so that a pocket is formed, the depth of which must be at least 34 centimeters. After the pocket is formed, its sides should be sewn.
Step 3
Then the upper edge of the future bag needs to be folded in such a way that it looks like a tunnel. Otherwise, it is also called the drawstring. The width of this drawstring should be such that the aluminum or wooden strip can easily pass through it. After the width is set, you need to sew it.
Step 4
Next, you need to insert the strap into the newly sewn drawstring. This bar is required so that the magazine bag can be hung on the wall.
Step 5
Now you can start decorating your magazine bag. This can be done in any way, but in our case it is an application. It will represent the eye. First, make patterns on paper, then cut them out, and then transfer them to the fabric.
Step 6
After all the details for the applique are ready, you can start gluing them to our craft using a glue gun. The magazine bag is ready!
