Instructions

Step 1

Even a child can draw the simplest drawing with a bear. You can compose an image of a teddy bear from ten even circles of different sizes and one oval. The largest circle will become the character's body. Place a smaller circle above it. This is the head of a bear. Complete it with an oval nose, two small rounded ears and even smaller eyes. Draw circles-legs on the lower side of the body. The remaining circles will become the front paws. Place them on the sides of the character's torso. Despite the fact that such a drawing is very simple, this animal is easily guessed in it.

Step 2

If you want to draw a more detailed image, start by choosing the pose that the bear is in. For example, a polar bear is often depicted in profile. You can convey the aggressive mood of an animal by drawing it to its full height standing on its hind legs. A brown bear is often painted sitting on a tree.

Step 3

Having chosen a pose, start drawing the details. For the head, draw a circle. Draw small semicircular eyes in its middle part. They are close enough to each other. Draw a shape that looks like an elongated horseshoe under the eyes. Its bend should point downward. Draw an oval nose at the bottom of this shape. Decorate the nose with two large black nostrils. Draw a small line just below the nose. It will become the mouth of the bear.

Step 4

If you are drawing an angry bear, instead of a dash, draw an oval shape under the nose, corresponding to the open mouth. Inside it, mark the thin lips, teeth and the tongue pressed against the lower palate. Draw two sharp canines each for the upper and lower jaw.

Step 5

Draw the ears in semicircles on the top of the head. Draw smaller semicircles inside the resulting auricles.

Step 6

Sketch the outline of the bear's body in the form of an oval-like shape. When drawing the character in profile, make the lines of the back and abdomen curved. The back should be slightly sagging and the belly protruding. Along the way, draw a slightly tousled coat on the body and head with light strokes.

Step 7

Draw the animal's thick and powerful paws. The coat looks a little longer on them than on the body. Add five flat, curved claws to the end of each paw.
