Modern origami schemes vary in degree of complexity from the simplest to extremely difficult to implement, based on the level of training of the master. If you are just beginning to comprehend the art of folding paper, start with one of the simplest schemes - folding a flower.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut a square out of paper. According to the Chinese and Japanese monks, who have kept the traditions of this art for a long time, it is the shape of the square that allows you to achieve stability, stability, balance and tranquility. Contemporary artists also often associate this form with immobility.
Step 2
If the sheet is colored, place it colored side up. You will make the first bends by folding it with a white plane inward. Fold the sheet in half along the middle line, from the top to the bottom. Unbend. Repeat in the same direction on the sides.
Step 3
Fold the sheet in a diagonal line from the bottom right to the bottom left corner. Unbend. Then repeat on the opposite side. For now, all fold lines should be on the same side.
Step 4
Flip the shape over. You will make the next folds by turning the colored side down. Make four folds along the lines exactly halfway between the ones you just made. Thus, the figure will consist of sixteen bends or eight petals. Turn it with the colored side towards you.
Step 5
A flower is a modular shape, that is, to create a complete composition, you have to make several similar shapes. Use squares of different colors and sizes. Place them on the glass or, by gluing the loops on the back of the tape, hang them on the wall, or decorate the interior in another way.
