Step 2
Hold the cigar between your thumb and forefinger. Turning slightly, hold it over the fire, not close to it. The heat will transfer to the leg of the cigar and spread over its area. Bring your cigar to your mouth. Without stopping turning, take a few neat puffs. After the leg turns red evenly, you can start smoking. Remember that smoking a cigar is a leisurely process. Drawing in smoke too often creates a high combustion temperature, which in turn can lead to an unpleasant taste.
Step 3
Free yourself from the cigar ring. Tear it apart after a few puffs. Be careful not to damage the wrapper leaf.
