Instructions

Step 1

Take a small piece of fabric from which you will cut the bear. It is better to take a soft natural fabric of a natural color - it can be either smooth or with a pile that resembles fur.

Step 2

Cut the fabric into several pieces. These are the torso, head, ears and muzzle. All details should be duplicated - for the front and back of the bear. Thus, you need 4 ears, two lower and two upper legs, two torsos and two muzzles.

Step 3

Make a wire frame that will allow the bear to hold its shape and bend its legs. Wrap the frame with a dense layer of padding polyester and wrap it with threads for strength.

Step 4

Sew together the lower legs and then the torso and upper legs.

Step 5

Put on the prepared wire-synthetic winterizer the resulting "cover" made of fabric and finally fasten all the shapes and parts of the bear's body by hand using a needle and thread, with a secret seam invisible from the front side.

Step 6

Then sew the ears so that you have two blanks. Place them inside the two pieces of the head pattern, where the crown should be. Sew the head together with the ears so that when the head is turned to the right side, the ears are tightly sewn to the crown from the inside.

Step 7

Slide the stitched head over the top of the prepared frame. Sew up the neck of the bear with a blind stitch, connecting the head and lower body.

Step 8

Sew separately a detail of the muzzle, contrasting with the color of the head fabric, and fill it with padding polyester. Sew a muzzle to the front of the head, and then draw or sew on the finished eyes and nose. Your teddy bear is ready.
