"Tanks of the Second World War: T-34 against the Tiger" is a project of domestic developers that sends the player to the battlefields of 1944, specifically, Operation Bagration. And, despite the fact that tank races are infinitely far from an expensive blockbuster like Crysis, it's not a shame to spend a couple of evenings on the game.
Instructions
Step 1
Each of the tanks that will come under your control has a crew of three people: a shooter, a driver and a commander. At any given time, you control only one of them, the rest are motionless. In order to facilitate your passage, do not forget to set the "autopilot" - then your assistants will take the initiative without any prompts. The auto shooter, in particular, almost without a miss hits enemy tanks, regardless of the conditions.
Step 2
There are three types of shells in the game. The most important for you will be "armor-piercing": it should be used against tanks and any other armored vehicles. If you come across a lighter vehicle on your way - a truck or an armored personnel carrier - fire with the help of "high-explosive" shells. The latter, "cumulative" is useless against all kinds of opponents; it should be left as a "reserve" in case the remaining shells run out.
Step 3
It is worth starting the game in "Tiger", because it has slightly thicker armor and much better handling. As a result, opponents on the T-34 will be weaker, and it will be easier to play - despite the feeling of patriotism. In total, both campaigns have 6 missions.
Step 4
Don't try to shoot while walking - it's almost impossible. In order to destroy the enemy, first of all, take a strategically successful position: it can be a platform behind the house or a position behind the trees.
Step 5
It is also impossible to stand still for a long time. After a couple of "sighting" shots, the opponents will hit the target quite accurately, and therefore immediately after your own volley you need to quickly change your deployment.
Step 6
If you get a direct hit and some part of the tank is out of order - you can not waste time and feel free to start the mission again. The game claims to be a "simulator", and therefore every detail of the car is extremely important, and without it it is almost impossible to win a battle. The only exception can be considered, perhaps, a track (caterpillar), but playing without the ability to budge is just a feat.
