It is necessary
- - hot glue gun
- - scissors
- - 200 multi-colored napkins
- - hanging tape
- - wire as a frame
- - yarn
Instructions
Step 1
Stack the napkins and cut out a circle from each. For convenience, you can cut several napkins at once, not just one.
Step 2
Crumple each napkin to resemble a flower petal. If the napkin unfolds, then apply liquid transparent glue.
Step 3
Carefully wrap the yarn around the wire cage. This will make it easier for you to secure each napkin.
Step 4
Secure each paper petal from step 2 to the frame: insert a napkin between the yarn strands.
Step 5
When the entire frame is covered with colored napkins, tie the hanging tape to the very top. Your bright festive party wreath is ready!
