In the autumn-winter period, it is necessary to take special care of the child's health. Warm clothes: hat, mittens, scarf, etc. should be an integral part of any winter outfit. However, it is not always convenient to use a children's scarf - it constantly moves out, or vice versa, pulls the child's neck too tightly. An excellent way out of this situation would be to tie the baby's bib by yourself.
It is necessary
- - 100 g of yarn of any color, length 100 meters
- - four stocking needles
Instructions
Step 1
To knit a baby's bib, take 2 knitting needles and cast on 48 loops (4 * 12). Remove from the opposite side of the protruding ends of the thread 12 loops on two needles. Close in a circle, making sure that the typesetting pigtail does not turn over. Work the first row on three needles. The collar is knitted with a 1x1 elastic band.
Step 2
In the next row, the fourth knitting needle is introduced.
Step 3
Knit the collar in a circle. Check the length according to the length of the baby's neck.
Step 4
When the collar is tied, move to the larger knitting needles. The pattern changes to the following: two purl loops, ten front loops. Later, purl loops form a raglan line.
Step 5
Now, in every second row on each side of the ragged line (right and left), one increase is made.
Step 6
After you have knitted 5-6 cm, you should continue to work only on the front of the bib. The work is carried out in shortened rows. Now in each row, do not tie 3 times 2 and 3 loops to the side raglan lines. To the middle raglan line, continue to increase in each even row, as before on the right and left.
Step 7
Having knitted in front, make a so-called connecting row, that is, knit a circle on all knitting needles.
Step 8
Next, in a circle, tie 3 cm of 1x1 elastic bands again. Close the hinges and the shirt is ready.
