Step 1
You should start drawing a butterfly with an image on a sheet of a straight strip. This is the center line. It is needed so that all parts of the future butterfly are symmetrical.

Next, at the top of the centerline, you need to draw a small circle. Below, close to it is a small oval. And even below it, also close, you should draw a long oval. Thus, the future butterfly has a head, back and abdomen.

Now is the time to start drawing the wings of the butterfly. First you need to draw the top ones.
