Step 1
So, start knitting from the top of the hat - cast on 100 loops on the knitting needles. Knit a row with front loops - this will be the front side of the cap, in the purl rows knit with purl loops. Thus, you should get 11 cm of the front surface.
Step 2
Continue knitting further, lower the loops. In the seamy row, you need to subtract 10 loops - distribute them evenly (every 10 loops). Continue knitting for 4 more rows with front stitch. Decrease, distribute 10 loops on the purl. Continue to knit five more rows, in the next purl row, subtract 10 loops. There should be 70 stitches on the needles. Continue working until the length of the part reaches 18 cm. The base of the hat is ready; sew the part. The seam should come out from the wrong side.
Step 3
Then knit "ears" - start with the left ear. On the edge of the cap, cast on the needles 18 loops. Rotate the base so that the seam is inside the garment. Knit first row, purl next row. As you continue knitting, bind off one loop at the beginning of the row and at the end of the row. Next, reduce the loops on only one side of the part. In total, knit six rows with the front stitch. There should be 10 loops on the needles.
Step 4
Then go down by two loops. Do them twice on both the back and front rows. There should be 3 loops on the needles - knit a strap of them. Do it with garter stitch. The length of the strap should be about 20-25 cm.
Perform the right ear in the same way, only symmetrically.
Step 5
Continuing knitting, complete a visor. Knit it double - so it will not wrinkle and bend. So, the first half - on the top edge of the cap (where there is no seam), cast on the knitting needles 29 loops, knit the first row with the front loops. Next in the purl row, close one loop at the beginning of the row, the second loop at the end of the row. Continue knitting, decreasing the stitches, until there are 21 stitches left on the needles. Then continue to decrease as follows: close on one side of the row once 2 loops and again 3 loops. Repeat the same decrease on the other side of the row. Close the remaining hinges.
Step 6
Second half - cast on 29 sts on the needles along the base of the first half. Knit the first row. Then continue to perform subtractions, as on the first part of the visor, so that it turns out symmetrically. Try to sew these two pieces together so that the seam itself is not visible.
Step 7
Decorate the hat with a pampon. To do this, cut a circle out of cardboard, cut a hole in the circle. Wrap this circle with threads in several layers. Thread the thread inside, secure the pompom. Cut the wrapped threads, remove the cardboard. Weave a lace, tie a pom-pom to a hat.
