Each person at least once in his life has tried to deal with a unique puzzle. This happens especially often in childhood. Adults remember, when they were little, how interesting and unusual the Rubik's cube looked. Someone did not learn how to assemble this puzzle to the end. Let's do it now, we will describe the first stage of solving the Rubik's cube. Let's put together the correct cross.

Instructions

Step 1

Let's designate each side with its own letter. F - front side, H - bottom side, B - top side, R - right side, H - back side, L - left side.

Step 2

Let's denote the rotation of the cube faces: clockwise by a quarter of a turn (90 degrees) - Ф, Н, V, P, Z, L, counterclockwise by a quarter of a turn (90 degrees) - Ф1, Н1, В1, П1, З1, L1, rotation by half a turn in any direction (180 degrees) - F2, H2, B2, P2, Z2, L2.

Step 3

Choose a color for the top surface of the cube. It must remain up throughout the assembly procedure.

Step 4

Collect the cross of the color that was chosen as the base. Perform the rotation procedure P1, V, P, V1 - if the piece is in the first layer and is deployed correctly, only it is not in its place, or perform a different rotation algorithm P1, B1, F1, V - if the piece is in the first layer, but unfolded wrong and needs to be moved to another location.

Step 5

We carry out the rotation algorithm B2, F1, B2 if the piece is in the second layer or its mirror image B, P, B1 if the required element is in the second layer, but on the adjacent face of the cube.

Step 6

We perform rotations H2, Z2 if the required piece is in the third layer of the lower plane or one of the rotation options H1, F1, P, F, or P, V, F1, B1 if the desired option is in the third layer and is not deployed correctly.

Step 7

Rotate the top face of the cube until the two colors of the side faces and lateral centers match, then perform one of the rotation algorithms. These are P, B, P1, B1, P if you need to change two adjacent elements of the cross or P2, L2, H2, P2, L2 if you need to swap two opposite elements of the cross.
