The connected parts are connected together in different ways. The choice of the connection method you need depends on what pattern the product is connected with, as well as on the thickness of the yarn. Parts are sewn with a special blunt needle using the same yarn with which the product is connected.

Instructions
Step 1
If you need to join the back with a shelf, or sew on sleeves, use a vertical knit stitch. To do this, lay out the parts so that the front side is up. Align the pieces so that the edges are completely aligned. Begin to connect the parts from the edge loops of the inlaid rows. Insert the needle into the part from the bottom up, grabbing the loop of the edge first of one, then the second part, fasten with two stitches. The connection element should look like an eight.
Step 2
If there are loops of the front surface at the edges of the part, then first pick up the front loop with the needle next to the edge loop, and on the other side of the seam also pick up the front loop. Please note that you can not skip a single loop, sew them strictly sequentially so that the details do not skew.
Step 3
Also, parts can be connected with ordinary knitting needles, this method is called knitting. When connected in this way, the first part is completed, and the second is knitted, joining the first in the knitting process. To do this, in every second row, the edge loop of the second part is knitted together with the edge loop of the first part. If the thickness of the seam is not critical, then you can knit two loops together, this will be stronger. The intermediate row is knitted as usual.
Step 4
If you need to connect two pieces horizontally, you can do it in the loop-to-loop method. This is ideal for joining thick yarns as the seam is invisible. Do not close the loops of the last row when connecting in this way, or knit another row after the last with a contrasting thread, so that, gradually loosening the thread, pick up the loop with a needle. Place the parts opposite each other, preferably on a flat surface. Pick up the buttonhole from the knitting needle or thread, pull the needle and thread through it, then remove the buttonhole from the other knitting needle or thread. Insert the thread with the needle alternately into each loop in turn, from right to left.
Step 5
Make sure that the thread tension is even so that the parts do not twist. Please note that it is better to take the thread with which you are sewing the parts with a margin, since it will be very difficult to put it on during the sewing process.
