Origami is an ancient virtuoso art. You can learn it for years, improving your technique more and more. And you can start with simple schemes, for example, with a tulip flower.

Step 1
Take a piece of paper. It is best to take a color or two-color, then the flower will turn out more spectacular. You can color the paper yourself: with a brush, moisten the sheet over the entire area, and then, while it is not dry, make several streaks with different watercolor colors, letting them mix when they touch. Place the sheet under a press to dry so that it warps as little as possible from the water. Cut out a square with sides of 10x10 centimeters from the finished paper.
Step 2
Fold the sheet in half horizontally. Expand it. Fold it diagonally from the top-right corner to the bottom-left corner, unfold. Make the same fold from the top left to the bottom right corner, unfold the paper.
Step 3
Fold the sheet along the first horizontal fold. Bend the right and left sides inward, towards the center (along the finished diagonal lines).
Step 4
Raise the right and left corners of the resulting triangle up so that they touch sides on the central axis, and the result is a rhombus. Turn the rhombus over (attach the right and left halves of the workpiece to each other) so that its front part is closed, i.e. became lateral, and those that were lateral opened.
Step 5
Divide the lower left edge of the rhombus in half and from this point draw a line to the top of the shape. Bend the side along this line. Do the same for the other three sides of the blank. Take these folded halves and insert into each other - the right half into the pocket of the left, etc.
Step 6
Find a hole at the bottom in the center of the craft and blow into it. Peel back the top four petals.
Step 7
To make the stem, take a stiff wire, grease it with glue and wrap it with green thread.
