Seed beads are tiny glass beads. But, nevertheless, from them you can make very beautiful volumetric figures, weave baubles and other accessories. The main method of beading is making different bundles: triangular, tetrahedral and others. The harness with four edges is the easiest to execute. Very beautiful jewelry - bracelets and beads - are made from such bundles.
It is necessary
- - Long nylon thread (about 160 cm);
- - a small amount of two-millimeter beads (about 500-600 pieces);
- - scissors.
Instructions
Step 1
Weave a tetrahedral plait. To do this, fold the thread in half to make two ends. Place the first bead in the middle of the double strand. Then place one bead on each end of the thread. String the fourth, closing bead again at both ends. Put one bead on each thread again, and after them another, closing. Thus, weave a chain 15 cm long. After closing two beads, put on one thread, after which there is a closing one. As a result, the threads come out from the side of the chain.
Step 2
On the thread closest to the last closing bead, string two beads, then put one end bead on both threads. Next, pass one thread through the side bead of the first chain, and put two beads on the second thread. Pass two strands through the closure bead. Continue to weave the second row in the same way. When you finish to the end of the first chain, weave the third row further by analogy with the second.
Step 3
Next, you need to connect the first and third rows with the fourth row. To do this, put one bead on the thread that is closer to the last closing bead of the third row. Then pull the same thread through the last side bead of the first row. Put one bead on both threads so that the ends of the threads enter the bead towards each other. Pass both threads through the side beads closest to them in the outer rows. Then both threads are again threaded through the closing bead. Continue to weave in this pattern until the very end of the cord. Finally, tie a triple knot. The beaded harness is ready.
