The idea to decorate ordinary glass glasses with multi-colored nail polish, achieving a marble effect, came to the mind of designer and artist Joanna Martin. Let's try to repeat it, especially since it's very simple to do it.
It is necessary
- - glass beakers with a flat bottom;
- - nail polish of different colors;
- - transparent barking for nails;
- - masking tape;
- - plastic cup;
- - water;
- - toothpicks.
Instructions
Step 1
Cover the sides of the glass with masking tape. It should fit as tightly as possible to the walls so that the paint does not leak.
Step 2
Pour water into a plastic cup. Put a few drops of nail polish in different colors. It will spread over the surface of the water and get a multi-colored spot. Sweep the toothpick over it, gently mixing the shades, the result should be a marble effect.
Step 3
Carefully place the bottom of the glass over the paint. Then turn it over and let dry completely. After that, remove the tape and cover the bottom with a colorless varnish. Turn the glass upside down again and leave to dry completely.
