According to legend, butterflies are flowers that have come off the stems and are constantly looking for their way home. That is why they flutter from flower to flower, but do not find their stem and that is why they are so beautiful.

Instructions

Step 1

To make the simplest butterfly using the origami technique, you can even use paper candy wrappers, the main thing is to give them the shape of a square, four candy wrappers of different sizes (two large and two small) will go to one butterfly. If you want a larger butterfly, take a large enough square sheet of colored paper, cover it with glitter glue, and wait for it to dry.

Step 2

Once dry, fold each square diagonally and unfold. Then fold each half of the square in the same direction and unfold again. Then quarters. Bend eighths of the square in the opposite direction. Then fold the sheets into an accordion extending from one corner of the square. Such an accordion should be on every square.

Step 3

Connect pairs of squares diagonally, large and small. The same angles from which the bends diverge should match. Superimpose one pair on top of the other.

Step 4

Take the tape. Carefully so that the squares do not fall out of the structure, wrap them exactly in the middle. On each side of the tape should be a pair of unidirectional squares - large and small. Fix the edges of the tape with a stapler or glue.

Step 5

If necessary, wrap it horizontally across the shape (between the lower and upper wings) so that the wings do not diverge in that direction.
