A diaper cake is a rather unusual product that can be presented as a present to young parents. It is not difficult to make such a cake, all you need to make it are diapers, diapers and small baby things that can serve as a decor, for example, bright booties or socks.
It is necessary

- - about 180 diapers;
- - tray;
- - film (for wrapping gifts);
- - ornamental grass;
- - cardboard;
- - clothespins;
- - stationery elastic bands and elastic bands.
Instructions
Step 1
Start your cake making by creating the top tier. To do this, take seven diapers, carefully roll each with a tube (start with an elastic band) and fix each with a clothespin.
Step 2
Place one diaper vertically, place the other six around it and secure everything with a rubber band.
Step 3
Take the diaper, fold it so that its width is equal to the height of the made cake tier. Wrap a tier of cake with a diaper, secure the structure with a rubber band.
Step 4
Remove the clothespins. The top tier of the cake is ready.
Step 5
Take 19 diapers, twist each of them into a tube and secure with a clothespin. Next, take one diaper, distribute six other diapers around it and secure with an elastic band. Spread the remaining 12 blanks evenly around the newly made structure and fix everything again with an elastic band.
Step 6
Fold the diaper so that its width becomes equal to the height of the made cake tier, wrap the tier with it and fix it with an elastic band. Remove the clothespins. The second tier of the cake is ready.
Step 7
Take 43 diapers, in the same way twist each into a tube, fix with clothespins. Create the same composition as when creating the second tier, just do not wrap it in a diaper, but add 24 more diapers in a circle and fix everything with a linen elastic band. Only then fold the diaper of the required width and wrap the third tier with it.
Step 8
Next, start creating the last tier of the cake, the fourth. First, make three blanks of seven diapers (the same as you did for the first tier), tie them with a linen elastic band, then insert an evenly required number of twisted diapers into the "gaps" between these blanks so that you get an even circle. Add another circle of diapers around the one you just created. Fold the blanket, wrap this tier with it and fix it.
Step 9
All tiers are ready. Place the largest tier on the prepared tray, a slightly smaller tier on it, and so on.
Step 10
Cut 16 rectangles five centimeters wide and 15 inches long out of thick cardboard. Put a sock on each rectangle.
Step 11
Decorate the cake with socks by inserting cardboard rectangles between the diapers. Do the same with rattles and spoons. Cover the diapers themselves on each tier with artificial grass. The cake for the newborn is ready, now it only remains to wrap it in wrapping film.
