In the old days, there was a departmental principle for organizing hunters. There were separate societies uniting employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, military personnel and civilians. Today, these formal differences are absent, and any adult citizen has the right to become a member of any society whose branch exists nearby.
Step 2
Hunter societies differ, first of all, in the presence of their own hunting grounds. Not every society has such lands. This criterion affects the amount of annual membership fees that a member of the community must pay. Keep in mind that there are a large number of companies that offer tours for hunters around the world, so the problem of choosing a place to hunt has lost its relevance today.
Step 3
Entry into the hunting society is possible for citizens who have reached the age of 18. In some places, this age has been reduced to sixteen years, but a citizen acquires the right to acquire and carry weapons only upon reaching the age of majority.
Step 4
Find out which primary hunter organization is closest to you. Such collectives usually exist at every large enterprise or firm.
Step 5
Submit your application for admission to your primary organization. The entrance fee is usually about one thousand rubles, but it can be more substantial.
Step 6
Be prepared for the fact that you will have to take the hunting minimum. No one will require encyclopedic knowledge of hunting from you; in preparation, you may need publicly available literature on weapons for hunting, types of hunting and rules of conduct for hunting.
Step 7
Don't be surprised if you have to pass an accuracy test. In most cases, however, this item can be omitted by mutual agreement between you and the chairman of the primary organization.
Step 8
Also stock up on a copy of your passport and photographs. The number of photographs and their size should be checked with the board of directors of the company. And now, after the approval of your application for admission and passing all the necessary formalities, you become a full member of the society of hunters with all the following rights and obligations.
