Step 2

The bottommost and topmost layer should protrude 1-2 cm beyond the pattern. Then lay the wool layers perpendicular to the first layer. The strands should not be thick. Dampen the coat with soap and water. Then cover with some bubble wrap and press down gently. Remove the film and decorate the cat pillow with silk or rayon fibers. Step 4
Then repeat the whole process on this side. Place the film on top and roll it into a roll. Gently roll the workpiece across the table, lightly stroking from center to edge. Step 5
To make a koto pillow using the wet felting technique from wool, rinse the blank in hot water. Remove excess liquid with a towel and continue to roll. So take several sets.
