Surely everyone at least once in their life has seen match houses that can be assembled without glue and other devices. It is not difficult to learn how to assemble such houses - for this you do not need any other materials, except for matches. Building a match house can be a great way to spend your free time usefully, show an interesting craft to a child, and then come up with new shapes and designs based on the assembly technique.

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare five to six matchboxes of standard size matches. Use a book or CD case as a level and mobile platform to build your house. Take two matches and place them parallel to each other on the prepared area, and then lay out six matches perpendicular to the first two, so that you get a square area.

Step 2

Lay the second layer of six matches on top of the first layer, pointing their heads in the opposite direction. You have assembled the base of the house.

Step 3

Now start building a well, each wall of which consists of six matches. After laying out the well, close it with a "lid" of six matches laid along, and then of six matches laid across. Alternate the direction of the heads of each layer.

Step 4

Take a ruble coin and press it against the top layer of the matches to secure the entire structure. In the corners of the well, stick four matches with their heads up. Then install all the remaining vertical matches around the perimeter of the well, gently pushing the base matches with a toothpick.

Step 5

Remove the coin and gently squeeze the house from all sides. Press vertical matches into the workpiece and turn the house over. On the opposite side, install another row of vertical matches around the perimeter, and again squeeze the house on all sides.

Step 6

Form another layer of horizontal matches and insert four matches into the corner channels of the outer walls. Insert two matches into the horizontal channels.

Step 7

Push out a few matches from the side of the foundation, depicting the roof rafters, and place the matches horizontally in the triangular pieces.

Step 8

Lift the matches above the house, forming the base for the roof, and then place the matches between the matches that you pushed up.

Step 9

Use short matches to make a chimney, a window, and a door.
