Ekaterina Strizhenova is a popular Russian actress and TV presenter on the country's main channel. She received her last name from an equally famous husband, actor and producer Alexander Strizhenov.
Biography
Ekaterina Strizhenova (nee Tokman) was born in 1968 in the Soviet capital. She was brought up in the family of a journalist and a teacher. A talent for artistry manifested itself at the age of 5: Katya starred in children's television programs. Soon she began to conduct children's concerts and devoted a lot of time to improving her stage skills. In 1985 Strizhenova performed her debut role in the Leader melodrama. It is worth noting that it was on this set that she met her future husband, Alexander.
In the 90s, the aspiring artist graduated from the Moscow Institute of Culture with a degree in director. Her further career path continued in the capital's theaters.
