Step 1
Make an ATV body out of pipes: the main frame is made of 22x1.5 steel pipe, the rest of 16x1.5 pipes. When the body is ready, you need to paint it with epoxy paint. Separate the lower section from the bike seat. Attach it to the body. Attach to the back of the motor, tank. It is necessary to grind a new clutch cup under the gearbox shaft. Replace the gearbox hardware, gaskets and seals.
Step 2
Replace wheel bearings. Then secure the wheels and brakes. The rear axle must be cut so that rear-wheel drive is on both rear wheels.
Step 3
Secure the steering wheel.
