On the eve of the bright holiday of Easter, many housewives are thinking how to beautifully paint eggs to decorate the festive table. Naturally, you can paint them in the usual ways, using onion peels, turmeric or other natural food colors, however, you must admit that eggs painted by hand with original patterns look much more elegant, bright and attractive.
The easiest way to decorate eggs for Easter is to draw a pattern on the shell with a toothpick and food coloring. First of all, boil the eggs, cool and wipe dry. Next, treat the shells with either alcohol or 6% vinegar. Dissolve two drops of the dye in a tablespoon of water and use a toothpick or cotton swab to place many tiny dots on the shell, trying to place the bulk of them in the lower part of the eggs. This pattern looks very original.
Another way to decorate eggs is to paint them, for example, with gouache. All that is required here is to boil the eggs, then draw a pattern with a brush or toothpick. Flowers, stripes, geometric shapes, etc. are drawn quite easily.
An equally easy way is to paint the eggs with food coloring markers. This is perhaps the easiest option, since the painting takes the minimum amount of time, and the likelihood of smearing the drawing is minimal.
If you want to decorate the eggs for Easter in a more original way, then take the eggs, stick some stickers on them (what pattern is on them - it doesn't matter, the main thing that you should pay attention to is the shape of the stickers) and then release them into the water with the dye … After the procedure, simply remove the stickers.
A rather unusual way to decorate eggs is to use gold foil. Boil eggs, rub with alcohol or vinegar, color them in food coloring and let dry completely. After that, apply small dabs of foil glue to the shell, wrap the foil over the egg, let the glue dry, then brush off the excess foil with a simple brush.
