Due to its soft pasty form, store-bought boiled mixes are successfully used as bait. In terms of composition, they are not always uniform, which is inconvenient when attached to a hook. A variety of ready-made dough for fishing can be purchased at pet stores. It is used by itself or mixed with bread crumbs.

Step 1
When making good artificial dough at home, soak the base mix at a 50:50 ratio. Choose powder or liquid additives. If you use it dry, then it is better to use cheese powder, natural extracts - powders from crabs, mussels. Add liquid last, mixing all the ingredients. Add water and eggs to the batch.
Step 2
Beat eggs well and add liquid ingredients, seasonings and flavor enhancers. Add powder and mix thoroughly. The mixture will initially be dry if you exaggerate the amount of powder. Otherwise, for a soft lump of dough, let the bait sit for five minutes. The material will dry out and become denser.
Step 3
To freeze, soften the dough. It will harden in the freezer. If you do not have the opportunity to purchase a base for a mixture, make attachments from dough and various products. Dry or canned animal feed can be successfully used as an additive. This is one of the easiest options. All components are sold at regular grocery stores or supermarkets.
Step 4
Canned fish and animal feed themselves have a sticky base. Add bread crumbs to the mix for a common, good bait.
Step 5
When baiting with dry mixes, add a sticky compound. This is necessary to hold water, eggs and powders together. For these purposes, wheat gluten is the most common material. But it cannot be used in large quantities. You can get nozzles in their properties comparable to rubber. The fish is unlikely to bite on such a bait.
Step 6
If the gluten baits are tight, dilute the mixture with low protein milk. You can use dry infant formula for this purpose. The bait from this will only become more appetizing.
Step 7
Many anglers use commercial fishing baits, but experts prefer to make their own mix. This gives confidence in the composition and quality of the bait and maintains an individual approach.
