Fishing is an exciting hobby for many people. And in some cases, it turns from a simple hobby into a fulfilling lifestyle. If you are fishing, you should know how different types of fish differ, how to catch them, how to choose tackle, bait and, of course, how day fishing differs from night fishing, and how summer fishing differs from winter fishing. Consider reepus fishing as an example of night fishing.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare for fishing - you will need a tent, a light source (torch or gas lamp), a gas burner, additional lighting with a battery and a car lamp. If fishing takes place in winter, use an ice ax to drill two holes - one for the fishing rod and one for the lighting.
Step 2
There should be a distance of at least one and a half meters from the main hole to the illuminated hole, and the lighting should be installed behind the tent. Put the lights under the ice in the water, then go to the main hole and start fishing using 5 hooks # 5 to catch the ripus.
Step 3
Install the hooks on the tackle so that the distance between them is about 50-60 cm, and the leashes of each hook have a length of 0.5 to 2.5 cm.
Step 4
Use boiled mormys, udders, or raw dough as bait. Fishing is most effective with feeding from a mormysh. Throw a pinch of bait into the hole every 10-15 minutes if the depth of the reservoir is small.
Step 5
From a depth of 30 m, feed the fish using a special feeder made of a twelve gauge copper cartridge. Using a fishing rod, lower the feeder into the water and sprinkle with the bait for the ripus at a height of 3-5 m from the bottom.
Step 6
Gradually raise the feeder higher and higher so that the ripus rises after it. After a while, the fish will rise to the ice itself and bite on the bait, which must be poured into the hole from above in small portions.
