Equipment installation
First, you need to choose a place to install the plate, which will be protected from moisture and at the same time will provide a good view. Ideally, there should be no obstacles between the antenna and the satellite. Most often, such equipment is placed on roofs, external walls, balconies and loggias.
Then you need to assemble the device itself. An antenna usually comes with an instruction manual, so refer to it for information. After the plate is ready, fix the brackets on the wall, connect the antenna to the converter and connect the cable to it through the F-connector. 1. No signal indicates that the TV is not connected to the receiver. It may be worth trying to press AV on the TV remote several times, as your equipment has multiple AV inputs.
2. If the message “No signal” appears on the screen, but the “Tricolor TV” menu opens, then the connection with the satellite is not established. Perhaps the provider is conducting preventive maintenance on this day, but if this is not the case, you need to slightly move the antenna in order to establish communication.
3. You wanted to watch a movie, but only the "Scrambled channel" sign is displayed? Most likely, you did not pay for access or did not register your receiver.
