- - twisted white cord;
- - cotton fabric in 4 different colors;

- - 2 types of rep tape;
- - 16 wooden beads;
- - plastic ring;
- - a large wooden bead;
- - cotton yarn;
- - synthetic winterizer.
Instructions
Step 1
Make a pattern for the life buoy: in this case, the diameter of the outer circle is 17 cm, the inner circle is 7 cm. Transfer the pattern to the blue felt and cut out in duplicate.
Step 2
Sew the parts along the inner radius, put the synthetic winterizer twisted into a tube between them and sew along the outer radius.
Step 3
Cut 4 strips of 11.5 cm long from white felt (the distance from the outer to the inner circle must be multiplied by 2 and add 1.5 cm to the allowances).
Step 4
Tie the cord around the outside edge and sew on the strips on all four sides. You can also do the opposite: first sew on the stripes, and then thread the cord through them.
Step 5
Make a ship pattern. Cut 8 pieces of cotton and 4 pieces of felt. It should be noted that they should be 1.5 cm longer and wider than cotton ones.
Step 6
Put a synthetic winterizer on the felt boat, close it with a cotton piece and sew it up. Flip over to the other side and repeat the same.
Step 7
Make the three remaining boats and attach a bell with a bead to each of them. Cut 4 yarns of the same length.
Step 8
Use a hole punch to make holes on the "crown" of the boats, thread the thread, tie it in a knot, string the beads and sew flags cut from the rep ribbon.
Step 9
Pass the threads through the lifebuoy so that one of the threads to which the boat is attached comes out from the outside of the circle, and the other from the inside. Thread all the threads into a large bead, pass through the ring, secure and tie.
