There are certain difficulties in mastering the science of Armenian dances: the body of the body must be in an upright position all the time; there are practically no inclinations in Armenian dance, and if they are, they must be performed with the whole body. It is also important to make sure that the whole body moves in the same direction, that is, you cannot move only the hips and pelvis separately from the upper body.

The most popular Armenian dance is Kochari, which was always danced before the battle. In order to learn this dance of brave warriors, all members of the group must stand in a circle with their hands on each other's shoulders. Then start moving in a circle with some dance, from time to time you need to sharply change the direction of movement. Sometimes narrow and widen the circle by lunging back and forth.

The role of the leader is extremely important, who must notify the group about the change in the dance figure, waving a handkerchief or dagger.
