Step 1
As a rule, applications for the competition are accepted electronically. To get started, download the application form from the competition website or open the online form.
Step 2
Carefully read the rules for filling out the application. As a rule, they are located in the application itself or in an annex to it. Examine all the documentation related to the competition: regulations, rules and conditions for participation, the procedure for determining the winners, etc.
Step 3
Carefully read and fill in each item of the application. When filling out, indicate the most complete information related to this item.
Step 4
Attach all required documents to your application. If you need to attach to the application your work (photo, drawing, project, text), make sure that it meets the technical requirements for it. It is important that the text size, spacing, resolution, size, volume and format of the work comply with the rules of the very competition for which you are submitting your application.
Step 5
Save the file with the completed application and change its name to your first and last name. It is better to write the name and surname in Latin, because if you write them in Cyrillic, the file may not attach to the letter, not reach the addressee, or not open when trying to read it. And then you automatically lose the chance to become a participant in the competition.
Step 6
When sending a letter to the organizers of the competition by e-mail, be sure to fill in the "Subject of the letter" column. The topic should look something like this: “Ivanov Fedor. Application for participation in the competition “My initiative in education”. If this is an interuniversity or all-Russian competition, then after the surname you can indicate the name of your university and / or city. All this is necessary so that, if something happens, it would be easier for the organizers to find your letter and your application.
