Decorating with balloons during various events and celebrations is very popular due to the relative cheapness and quite presentable appearance of the room. There are a great many ways to decorate the hall with balls, but creating your own special version is always individual and depends on the specific situation. As a basis, you can take several basic elements that can be easily combined with each other, and can also push on some new original ideas.

Step 1
Think over the design of the room in which the event will take place. The composition should correspond to the theme of the celebration: figures from balloons in the shape of a heart, swans, rings will be relevant for a wedding; for a birthday, bouquets of balloons, free-standing large flowers from balloons for modeling, figures in the form of numbers indicating which birthday the birthday person or hero of the day celebrates will be appropriate.
Step 2
At the entrance to the party hall, place inflatable balloon figures in the form of clowns or fairy-tale characters. The figures of various characters in the height of a person can be a wonderful surprise for the hero of the occasion and guests. There are also ready-made inflatable figures of cartoon characters, various funny animals. To prevent the figures from floating in the air, attach small weights to them from below.
Step 3
The design of a corporate party provides a large field for imagination in terms of choosing compositions from balloons. Decorate the room with popular characters, palm-shaped figures, or even architectural spheres. The Great Wall of China, built in a ballroom, would become a spectacular and highly symbolic object at an event on the occasion of the visit of the Chinese partners.
Step 4
The option "for all occasions", of course, are all kinds of garlands of balls of one or more contrasting colors. They can also decorate the ceiling, placing a garland around the entire perimeter of the hall or erecting lambrequins sagging under their own weight, and walls, and a stage. The table at which the main heroes of the occasion sit can also be beautifully distinguished with an elegant garland of small-diameter balls.
Step 5
Balloon arches are a wonderful decoration for both weddings and other celebrations. In combination with artificial flowers or green loaches, they look especially interesting.
You can make arches from garlands attached to a special frame, as well as from separately tied to a fishing line, filled with helium balloons on long threads. The ends of the second type of arch (on a fishing line) are tied either to the backs of chairs at the required distance, or to the corners of the table.
Step 6
If you do not want to spend a lot of time creating complex shapes from balloons, then simply fill a large number of balloons of different colors with helium, tie long curly ribbons of colored paper or silver foil to them and fill the entire space under the ceiling. Such a festive "cloud" with curly "raindrops" will undoubtedly cheer up your guests.
