Find a camera or photo camera. If you do not have an assistant to act as an operator, then you will also need a tripod. Many modern cameras write quite decent video, which can be further processed in the editor.

Find and rent a hall, however, you can use your apartment or even a park as a shooting location. The main thing is that there is enough lighting, and there are no foreign objects in the frame.

Start recording, surplus and errors can always be trimmed in the simplest video editor, so don't worry. Perform all movements slowly and smoothly. It is advisable to perform each asana twice. The first time to show how to get into it, and the second time - to keep it together with your audience.

Make some complete notes of the entire program. There should be a lot of material. Review everything you've filmed. With the built-in editor in Windows, you can edit the movie from the best moments.

Add calm music as the background. Look at the resulting recording and correct the text according to timing. Dictate the text, there should be no errors in it, try to write it down in separate blocks, it's easier this way.

Combine the resulting audio track with the video. After that, you can upload the lesson to youtube or another video service.
