Scream - from the English "heart-rending scream", "scream" - a form of extreme vocals that involve false vocal cords. The result is a sound similar to a distant high-pitched scream, but very quiet. To develop the screaming technique, you do not need to "plant" the voice with smoking or alcohol, as the uninitiated believe.
Instructions
Step 1
It is helpful to sing for 20-30 minutes before screaming. The true ligaments (which you use every day) will stretch and become elastic. After that, it is useful to eat something sweet, drink warm (but not hot) tea with lemon. The acid and sugar contribute to the secretion of saliva, which also contributes to the smooth functioning of the ligaments.
Step 2
Breathe evenly. There are three forms of breathing: clavicular, chest, and abdominal. The second two are preferable both in everyday life and when singing, since they involve almost the entire volume of the lungs and leave the shoulder girdle motionless.
Step 3
Whisper as loudly as possible. Do not overdo it: an unpleasant sore throat is a clear sign of a pause in class. Gradually add a wheezing to the whisper, similar to the distortion of the voice during ARVI or sore throat. Force air out of your lungs. At the same time, the abdominal muscles should be very tense, as if you are pushing.
Step 4
The larynx should be slightly closed, as if you are swallowing with force. Wrinkle your nose, raise your eyebrows, close your eyes. The lips should be tight and protruding slightly outward. At the same time, try to sing, and whisper, and hiss, and make a falsetto (extremely high) sound. Be prepared that the first time you will not succeed or the sound will be too short. Over time, you will train the false ligaments and the respiratory system to a high level of proficiency.
