Origami rose

To make this beautiful flower, you will need scissors and 2 sheets of colored paper. Green for the stem and the desired color to make the bud.

Take a sheet of paper in the main shade, cut out a square. Bend the resulting part in half across, precisely aligning all the sections. Then fold it in half again to make a small square, while laying the piece so that the fold is on your right.

Holding the top corner, bend the part towards you and bend it so that it is inside the fold. Iron thoroughly with your hand. Do the same on the other side and unfold the workpiece so that the fold is in the middle. The result should be an equilateral triangle. Place it on a surface with the top away from you.

Bend both lower corners up, aligning the line of the middle of the part and the cuts. Then fold these corners in half downward again and fold them diagonally to the side. Do the same movements on the back of the blank for the future rose.

Holding the corners with your hands, unfold the part so that you get a square, bend the corners on top of the part towards the middle. Do the same on the other side. Now take all the corners in the center of the square and rotate them clockwise. This will create pointed petal folds.

It remains to give the rose a shape. To do this, take a toothpick, attach it to one of the corners on the seamy side at some distance from the edge and round the petal inward. Do the same movements on the other side.

Use a cocktail straw to make the stem. Cut a strip of paper and wrap it tightly around the base. Cut a small hole at the bottom of the bud and insert the stem into it. Make some roses for a chic, vibrant bouquet.

A bouquet of peonies made of corrugated paper

Very graceful and spectacular flowers are obtained from crepe and crepe paper. To make a peony, you need sheets of three colors: green, yellow and pink. In addition to them, you will need for work:

- wire;

- PVA glue;

- scissors.

From yellow paper, cut a strip 10 cm long and 3 cm wide. On one long side, make a fringe, cutting the part into equal strips every 2-3 mm, not reaching the edge of 1 cm. Wrap this strip around one end of a thick wire and fasten edge with glue.

From pink paper, cut out the details of the petals about 7-8 cm wide in the thickest part and 10 cm long. Round off the blank for peony petals from one edge. Wrap the petals around the middle of yellow paper and wrap the bottom with thin wire. Stretch the edges slightly, making them wavy, then round the petals with scissors.

Cut a green leaf into a strip about two centimeters wide and wrap the stem tightly, covering all the wire. Secure the edges with PVA glue. Make several flowers in different shades and create a never-fading bouquet of them.
