The wonderful tradition of giving flowers to women for the spring holiday on March 8 may be slightly overshadowed by the monotony of the range offered and rather high "festive" prices. A way out of this situation can be the making with your own hands of a unique and unfading bouquet of flowers from paper intended for creativity.

Making a bouquet of roses

To create a rose flower, you will need thick paper of one or several colors - monochromatic bouquets look no less impressive than multicolored ones. A spiral is drawn on a sheet of paper from the center - this is the outline of the future flower.

The spiral is cut using curly scissors with a wavy blade - such petals are the most realistic. But in the absence of curly scissors, you can use ordinary ones, with straight blades. The resulting spiral is rolled up into a tight roll, which is subsequently slightly loosened, allowing the blank to take the shape of a rose flower. The edge of the spiral is glued with transparent adhesive tape or a drop of paper glue to the base of the flower.

The lower petals of the bud are slightly bent outward, coated with paper glue and thus the entire flower is fixed. The edges of the petals are slightly curled with a toothpick, giving them a natural curve. The resulting flower is fixed with a transparent or green sticky tape on a flexible branch or a piece of thick wire wrapped in a green floral tape. Several leaves cut from green paper are added to the finished flower.

Making a bouquet of spring flowers

To make a bouquet of daffodils and tulips, you will need double-sided corrugated paper for the petals and leaves and pieces of thick wire to create the stems.

Two squares are cut out of white paper, the size of which corresponds to the size of the future daffodil. The squares are carefully cut on four sides and on each side, petals lying opposite each other are twisted in pairs on a thick pencil or brush for drawing. Both blanks are glued together, carefully straightening the petals.

A small circle is cut out of yellow paper - about 4-6 cm in diameter and arbitrary height, squeezed around a pencil and glued into the middle of blanks with white petals. After the glue has dried, a small hole is made in the core of the flower with an awl.

A piece of wire is wrapped with a green floral tape, several narrow leaves cut from paper are attached to it, and the resulting stem is threaded through a pre-prepared hole.

For tulips, you will need 6 strips of pink or red corrugated paper, about 15 cm long and 3-5 cm high. Each strip is twisted in the center like a bow, folded in half and cut off the edges, giving them a rounded shape.

The paper is stretched slightly with your fingers to bulge the petals, after which they are placed around a piece of wire wrapped in green paper or floral tape. Fix the tulip bud with a narrow paper strip smeared with glue.
