The Russian audience learned about Larisa Chernikova in the 90s. The songs “Don't laugh”, “Mystery”, “Lonely wolf” and “I love you, Dima” made it popular, in the video of which the artists of the “Masks-show” collective and others starred. But nothing was known about the personal life of the singer and her husband.
Larisa Chernikova (nee Shepeleva) was born in the city of Kursk. She was brought up in an incomplete family, since the girl's father, when she was barely a year old, left the family. Larisa stayed with her mother, a concert classical pianist, Tatiana Shepeleva.
In 1980, Tatiana was offered a position at the Ministry of Culture. The woman thought and decided that such a chance was given only once, and together with her six-year-old daughter went to the capital.
Larisa, brought up in an atmosphere of classical music, dreamed of creativity herself. She successfully entered and graduated from the music school in the piano class, then entered the Gnessin Music School. But soon Larisa realized that she liked modern music, and in 1992 she decided to transfer to the Institute of Culture. It is worth noting that she graduated with honors, after which she began her career in the National Pension Ensemble of Nadezhda Babkina. After a year and a half of work in a team, the girl thought about a solo career.
The first love
She met her future husband Andrei Chernikov, who lived in the same house as Larisa, only at the age of 16. Before that, oddly enough, the neighbors had never met. Larisa and Andrey met, thanks to the girl's lost dog, who was running and looking for her pet in the surrounding yards. Andrey kindly offered his help. So the young people began a relationship. Despite being busy (Andrei worked hard, worked three jobs), the young man found time to meet with his beloved. Communicating with the girl, he was always respectful, never allowed himself liberties - he was waiting for the first wedding night. Two years after they met, the young people applied to the registry office. Larisa then turned 18 years old. The girl took the name of her beloved husband, which in the future also became her creative pseudonym.
Andrey always supported his beloved wife in everything. When Larisa thought about a solo career, he approved her choice. He rented recording studios for her, helped select a repertoire. In the promotion of his beloved wife from 1993 to 1995, Andrei Chernikov invested about half a million dollars.
But the Chernikovs' happiness did not last long. In 1996, Andrei Chernikov died. He was found with a bullet in his head at his father's grave. The police declared this tragedy a suicide.
It is possible that Andrei really decided to end his life himself, because after his death the young widow was repeatedly visited by bandits, demanding the return of debts. But Larisa was alarmed by the fact that the shot was fired in the left temple. Andrei was right-handed. There are other versions of the death of Andrei Chernikov. When his business began to rise up the hill, before his death, Andrei's severely ill father asked him not to mess with and have nothing to do with one family friend. But Andrei did not attach any importance to his words. And soon he himself was in the grave.
With the death of her husband, Larisa fell on hard times. She was constantly afraid that anyone could kill her. And she returned to my mother. With one suitcase. Moreover, the husband's debts had to be paid. The singer lost her apartment, car, house.
Larisa dedicated one of her new songs “Who?” To her deceased husband, and then the album “Give me a night”.
Supported by the producer
In a difficult moment, when Larisa was going through very difficult times, the singer was supported by her producer Alexander Tolmatsky, the father of the rapper Decl. He promised Larisa to resolve the issue with the collectors and help in the future. But for this she had to work for her producer for life. Larisa refused.
American husband
In 2000, on one of the dating sites, Larisa Chernikova met James Fiore, who after a while became her legal husband. She did not tell him for a long time that she was a singer. To get to know each other better, Larisa and James exchanged their photos. Larisa liked the tall, athletic, broad-shouldered American. Then he came to Moscow, with which Larisa gladly introduced him, showing the sights of the capital. After six months of relationship, the lovers decided to formalize them officially. We did it at the Moscow registry office. And then they left for Thailand, where James had his own business. Here the couple had a son, Cyril (the boy's full name is Inkai-Tallisen-Kirill-Joshua), who now prefers to be called Ivan.
Then Larisa and James lived in Russia, Germany, but finally settled in America, where they took up farming. The famous singer not only feeds the livestock available on the farm, but also milks the cows herself.
But even with James, life was not sweet. He began to kiss the bottle and turned into a real alcoholic. Larisa repeatedly tried to leave her husband, but then soon returned. Raised without a father, she wanted her son to grow up in a full-fledged family. But one day the couple decided to finally divorce. They are now officially divorced, but maintain friendly relations. James stopped drinking.
Several years ago, Larisa announced that she was looking for a donor for her unborn child. Due to the negative rhesus of blood, she cannot normally bear a child during pregnancy, and therefore threw a cry. She needs a man with a negative rhesus, willing to share his seed with the singer.
Whether she was able to find him or not is not yet known.
