It is necessary

Prepare white or gray yarn (the main color of the mouse) and any decorating color (beige, black), as well as a size 4, 5 hook and cotton wool for filling the product, as well as a needle with a rounded eye

Instructions

Step 1

Knit starting at the nose. Make 3 chain stitches and close them into a ring. Knit sequentially in a circle in single crochet columns the muzzle of the mouse.

Step 2

Tie the first row into the girth of the ring five stitches. The second row - according to the same principle, 10 columns. The third row is also 14 columns.

Step 3

Start knitting from the fourth to the seventh row. At the same time, knit with the addition of three columns in each row. Knitting the head is over, go to knitting the torso of the mouse.

Step 4

Work in the eighth row by adding 2 more stitches for a total of 28 stitches. Add six more columns in the ninth and tenth rows to make 34 and 40, respectively. From the eleventh to the fourteenth rows, add 2 columns in each. From the fifteenth to the twentieth row, knit without additions.

Step 5

Knitting of 21 rows should be done with the decrease of six loops. You need to skip every eighth column to make a total of 42. Twenty-second row - subtract four more loops. You should get 38 columns, that is, the loop is reduced on every ninth column.

Step 6

Twenty-third row - Subtract 13 stitches, skipping every third column. As a result, you get 25 columns. On the twenty-fourth row, subtract 8 more loops, skipping every third column.

Step 7

Stuff the resulting head and torso with cotton wool. Tie, closing the hole between them, cut the thread.

Repeat these steps two times to create two mouse ears.

Step 8

Tie a chain of six stitches using decorative thread and tie it into a ring. In the girth of this ring, tie 14 more columns with the crochet. Close them in a circle.

Step 9

Sew the resulting ears to the torso, using a black thread of the desired length as a ponytail, tied in a knot at the end. Sew on a button and two beads for eyes and nose. The mouse is ready.
