Baba Yaga is the embodiment of a dense Russian forest. It is located on the border of two halves: Life and Death, Good and Evil, Light and Darkness. Where there is good, the forest is white, and where there is evil, it is black. On the side of good - the sun, as a symbol of life, and on the side of evil - a month, a symbol of night and death. The ball in the hand of the pensive Baba Yaga is a symbol of the Yaga-giver. Often, she helps the heroes find a way to solve them. For example, she helped Ivan Tsarevich find the lair of Koshchei the Immortal. And her appearance is thoughtful because she decides who to help and who to put in the stove.
