Who said toys are only for kids? Figures of fairy-tale characters and dolls will decorate any interior. Looking at you with a mysterious and understanding look from bookshelves, cabinets and sofas, they will cheer you up in moments of despondency, returning you to childhood. You can do it yourself and put such a creature in your room, for example, Baba Yaga. Make a doll by combining two techniques: salt dough sculpting and soft toy techniques.

- - a small plastic bottle,
- - fabric for body parts,
- - synthetic winterizer or cotton wool,
- - paints (gouache, acrylic),
- - thin brush,
- - clear nail polish,
- - fabric for clothes: burlap, chintz of the same color for a scarf and an apron,
- - tow, or floss, or thick threads,
- - glue.
Instructions
Step 1
For salty dough, take a glass of flour, half a glass of Extra salt, 125 ml of water, 2 tbsp each. tablespoons of wallpaper glue and vegetable oil. Stir flour and salt, dissolve wallpaper glue in water, gradually add glue solution and oil to flour, knead thoroughly. Place the dough in a plastic bag and refrigerate for at least half an hour.
Step 2
Sew parts for the torso (exactly the diameter of the bottle), arms and legs (without hands and feet). Stuff your arms and legs with cotton wool or synthetic winterizer, sew to the "empty" body, insert the bottle into the body, gluing the fabric near the neck.
Step 3
Make a ball of a suitable size from foil, glue it with dough - this will be the head. Create Yagi's face the way you imagine it.
Step 4
For the hands, roll the sausage, flatten it at one end, cut the fingers at the flattened end with a knife. You can only cut a large one, outline the rest. For the feet, blind any shoes, from elegant shoes to bast shoes.
Step 5
Attach the head to the neck, coat it with dough - this will be the neck. Place the preform of the brush and feet on the foil and dry in the sun for 4-5 days.
Step 6
During this time, sew clothes: a sundress (with long sleeves) from burlap, an apron and a scarf.
Step 7
After drying, draw Yaga's face, glue the hair, as well as the brushes and feet. Cover all dough pieces with varnish. Dry again.
Step 8
Dress up your Baba Yaga. Tie a handkerchief. You can add jewelry in the form of beads, add another scarf on the shoulders, sew a vest. The doll is ready.
