The future charming actress and singer was born in Brookfield, Connecticut, in the spring of 1967. Mother, accountant Karin, has Indian roots, the blood of real Cherokee flows in her veins, and her father, police officer Andrew Wuehrer, is the heir of German immigrants. From an early age, the girl showed her creative talents by performing at school events and parties. Career

Carey made her television debut in 1987 on MTV, on the music show Remote Control. She worked as a DJ on the channel, starred in small roles in various TV series, in 1993 she became one of the actresses starring in the popular American youth project "Class 96".
